What is the engagement process?
Call Us to find out how we can help you to achieve your business goals. We will arrange a meeting with you to understand your learning needs, and provide a proposal for you to review. When you are comfortable to proceed, you sign the proposal to accept the terms and email it back to us. We are also available to meet with other internal stakeholders that you would like to involve in the engagement process. We provide you with a relationship manager who will work with you for the duration of the engagement.
Are you able to provide contract personnel who can work on short or long term projects with us?
Yes, many of our associates like to participate in projects and are available for short or long term contracts.
How do I work as a facilitator, trainer, coach or instructional designer with Ancora Learning?

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you meet our strict criteria to ensure that we continue to provide amazing learning experiences for our customers. If something comes up, are we able to change the training day?
Yes, we are very flexible. We understand that things come up, and an agreed date that worked 3 months ago, might not work now. We may, depending on the notice provided, charge a transfer or cancellation fee.
What payment methods do you have?
Once you have accepted our proposal and engaged Ancora Learning to work with your team, we will send you an invoice for a 30% deposit plus any additional third party provider costs that will be incurred prior to the training day.. This invoice will need to be paid prior to the training day. Once the training has been delivered we will invoice you for the balance.
You can pay your invoice by transferring the amount to our bank account, or by visacard, mastercard or paypal.
If you need to negotiate a different arrangement, we will work with you as we appreciate that many organisations have their own internal finance/procurement policies and processes.

Congratulations! You have recognized that your people play a key role in helping you deliver your business goals. We would love to come and have a chat with you; and can complete a training needs analysis free of charge. Are you able to customise a training program for us?
Yes, absolutely. We specialize in understanding your current business challenges and customizing a program that will be extremely effective for you. We appreciate that there is always a generic knowledge base that is required; and that it comes to life in your workplace when your way of working is integrated. This is one of the reasons our programs are so effective. In many instances, we provide this customisaton to you free of charge.
How can I be sure the learning will be used?
At Ancora Learning, we make sure that the content of the program is based on the customer brief and overlay theory, knowledge and workplace activities and culture. We want participants to be engaged and love the learning experience.
Programs utilize easy to learn models and participants are encouraged to use them during the course so that they can experience the benefit prior to going back to the workplace. We also spend time as part of the wrap up helping participants identify how they are going to use the information in a way that will make a difference when they leave. We provide post course activities to assist with embedding the learning.
How do you make sure you provide a high quality learning experience?
All of our trainers and facilitators come to us highly recommended by clients so we know that they have a track record of delivering fun and engaging learning experiences.
Many of our facilitators are also master trainers for the tools and instruments they are accredited to use.
Program content is reviewed by someone from the Head Office team in addition to the facilitator delivering the program.

How are your training courses delivered?
The Learning Programs can be delivered face to face or online using a virtual classroom, webinar or eLearning module. For many organisations with offices or stores interstate or in remote locations, then a blended approach is very effective. This may include online and correspondence, supported by some classroom delivery.
What is the duration of the training course?
The duration of the training course or program depends on the outcomes you want to achieve. We can deliver a 2 hour session at a conference through to a 12 month graduate or leadership program.
